The Tifton Merchants Association recognized Tift Regional Health System as “Best Corporate Sponsor” at a special awards presentation on Nov. 8.  Dan Sutton, chairman of the Tifton Merchants Association, said Tift Regional is a strong booster of local community events, including downtown Tifton’s annual Hometown Holidays celebration.  “In addition to providing charitable care and advanced medical services for the community, Tift Regional strives to be a good corporate citizen,” he said.  “This includes holding numerous free seminars, health fairs and screenings throughout the year as well as contributing donations, providing sponsorships and participating in local functions.  We thank Tift Regional for the support they provide to our community.”
