Student Government Board Selected for ABAC in Tifton

New Student Government Association board members for ABAC in Tifton were recently sworn in for the 2018-19 academic year at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.  

Students selected included Caitlyn Corbran, an agricultural education major from Parrish, Fla., Senator for the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources; Katie Carver, a nursing major from Blakely, Senator for the School of Nursing and Health Sciences; Macy Jones, an information technology major from Fitzgerald, Senator for the Stafford School of Business; Jillian Grim, a nursing major from Meigs, Senator for the School of Nursing and Health Sciences; Joshua Kimsey, a business and economic development major from Chula, Senator for the Stafford School of Business; Kevin Joachin, a history and government major from Tifton, Senator for the School of Arts and Sciences; David Hall, an agribusiness major from Woodstock, Senator for the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources; and Caroline Langdale, an agricultural communication major from Valdosta, Senator for the School of Arts and Sciences.

Ben Brock, a business and economic development major from Lenox, will serve as Executive Vice President, and Grant Thelen, a turfgrass science major from Roswell, will serve as SGA President.  

Summer term classes begin at ABAC on May 29.  Fall semester classes begin Aug. 15.
