Southwest Georgia Financial Corporation, a full-service community bank holding company, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share. The dividend is payable December 20, 2018 to shareholders of record on December 10, 2018. The Company has approximately 2.5 million shares of common stock outstanding.
