Southwest Georgia Financial Corporation, a full-service community bank holding company, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share. The dividend is payable September 21, 2018 to shareholders of record on September 11, 2018. The Company has approximately 2.5 million shares of common stock outstanding.
