Streets and roads, water systems, and sewer infrastructure are facing growing capital pressures in cities across the country, according to a new report from the National League of Cities. Georgia cities are feeling the same pressure, projecting $33 billion in capital needs over the next five years.
Georgia PSC Approves Plan to Lower Overall Rates, Deliver Annual Savings of $50 Per Year for Georgia Power Residential Customers
The Georgia Public Service Commission approved a plan to lower overall rates for customers and deliver annual savings of approximately $50 per year, or $4.04 per month, for the typical residential customer using an average of 1,000 kilowatt-hours a month. Total annual savings for all Georgia Power customers will amount to approximately $285 million.

A new report from Moneypenny shows SMBs believe they are delivering a better call experience than their customers perceive. The research was commissioned among 2,000 SMBs and 2,000 consumers to understand the gap between business and customer perceptions, and across every single contact method tested, businesses scored themselves significantly higher than customers.
