The Tift Regional Dialysis Center invites you to a free Kidney Disease Community Forum held in honor of National Kidney Month. People with hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes or kidney disease and their loved ones are invited to attend. This event will be held on Monday, March 25, 2019, 6:00 pm, at the Leroy Rogers Center in Tifton.

Board-certified nephrologists Dr. Melissa Rampal and Dr. Rehan Shah will discuss awareness, prevention and treatment of kidney disease. Dr. Rampal will focus on transplantation and Dr. Shah will center on hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
