Tift County Foundation for Educational Excellence presents 16 Howard Center Competition Grants

Tift County Foundation for Educational Excellence (TCFEE) board member Dr. Kaylar Howard came up with the idea in 2014 to expand the TCFEE’s mission of ‘fostering and enhancing academic excellence’ in our schools by creating a new category of grants specifically available to competitive (region, sate, national) school teams.
