The Tift Regional Medical Center Foundation will be holding its annual Stepping Out 5K Road Race, 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk and Champions Walk on Saturday, Oct. 5, 8:00 am, at the Tift County High School (TCHS) Northeast Campus. All proceeds benefit the foundation's Heart Safe Community program and donations are tax-deductible.
