Affinity Nephrology is now Southwell Nephrology and will be moving to a new location. As of June 22, 2020, you can find the Southwell Nephrology clinic at:

Providers include nephrologist Melissa Rampal, MD and nurse practitioner James Mason, NP. A new nephrologist, Brittany Thomas, MD, will be joining the team of providers in July 2020.

Southwell Nephrology also has a new phone number: 229-391-4310.

This new clinic location will provide easier access for patients. The providers will continue to administer dialysis treatments at the Tift Regional Dialysis Center, located in Tifton at 1010 Edgefield Drive. For any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call the office.
