Polar Bear Plunge: Beeman, Ruth's Cottage Big Winners

Real polar bears would have trembled at the weather for Saturday, Jan. 1, but for seven taking a slide at the Polar Bear Plunge, it was perfect.
Mike Beeman was the big money winner as Tifton rang in 2022, earning $4,049 for Ruth’s Cottage. Jason Bishoff, Tiftarea YMCA CEO, announced the seven sliders earned a total of $8,494.
