Colony Bank Promotes Kayla McDaniel to Call Center Manager

Colony Bank today announced that Kayla McDaniel has been promoted to Call Center Manager.

Kayla began her career with Colony Bank as a teller before transitioning to the Call Center Department. She graduated from Moultrie Technical College with multiple diplomas in Business Technologies.

Commenting on the announcement, Stacy Fetterman, Director of Digital Banking, said, “We are very pleased to welcome Kayla to the role of Call Center Manager. She has demonstrated exemplary customer service skills and is an excellent choice to manage our call center. We are confident in her ability to provide the superior service our customers have come to expect from Colony Bank.”

Kayla is an Ashburn native. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have two sons. She is very involved in the community including serving as the Young Adult Pastor and Media department manager at Christian Union Church of God. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, crafting, and reading.
