Tifton Holds Public Hearing About Proposed Cryptocurrency Facility

Dozens of Tifton residents Filled the pews of Grace Baptist Church Thursday evening to voice their concerns on a proposed cryptocurrency facility coming to the Tifton area.
Back in March, an ordinance to add cryptocurrency mining operations was approved at the Tifton City Council Meeting.
However, a recent proposal from a Bitcoin company to place a cryptocurrency mining facility in Tifton has many residents fighting to stop it. See more here.
