The City of Tifton Looks at Electric Vehicle Charging Stations for Downtown

More electric vehicles are expected to be riding through Tifton and the city is making plans to prepare by adding charging station to their downtown.
"Electric vehicles are becoming more and more popular we have a couple of charging stations right next to interstate 75 and what we were thinking that we can get some of that traffic closer to downtown,” said Jonathan Taylor, Director of IT and special projects for the city. See more.
