Keep Tift Beautiful has named a new KTB Beauty Spot.
Joyce Howard and Pastor Robert Howard's Pecan Street, Tifton, residence is the current Beauty Spot, said Caroline Owens with KTB. The Howards are the residential winners. No commercial site was named this month, she added. See more.
