Colony Bank Welcomes Chance Giddens as Commercial Banker in Fitzgerald

Colony Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Chance Giddens as Commercial Banker, Assistant Vice President in Fitzgerald. 

Giddens brings a diverse background, with nearly 10 years of combined professional experience as a mechanical engineer, project manager, and banker. Most recently, he served as City President at Irwin County State Bank, a division of Wilcox County State Bank. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and is a 2023 Honor Graduate of the Georgia Bankers Association's Banking School at the University of Georgia.

An Ocilla native, Giddens and his wife, Mary Claire, now reside in Fitzgerald with their two children. They are active members at Central United Methodist Church in Fitzgerald. In his spare time, Giddens enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, and spending time with his family.
