Georgia Brewers Respond to Proposal That Would Ban THC Drinks

Georgia lawmakers are considering multiple bills before the General Assembly related to hemp products and medical marijuana.
In the case of SB 254, Republican leaders introduced an amendment heading into Crossover Day that would ban THC-infused drinks like those made with delta-8 and other compounds.
