Southwell Medical Clinic Pulmonologist Dr. Rubal Patel recently completed her 200th Ion Robotic Bronchoscopy case, marking an important milestone in advancing lung cancer diagnosis in South Georgia.

The Ion Robotic Bronchoscopy system is an innovative, minimally invasive technology that allows physicians to navigate deep into the lung with greater precision to biopsy small or hard-to-reach nodules. This approach helps detect lung cancer at an earlier stage and provides more accurate results for patients.
