Quarantined Quartet Brings Family-Oriented Performance to ABAC on Tuesday, Jan. 27

Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Friday, January 16th, 2026

As a part of the “ABAC Presents!” performing art series, the Quarantined Quartet will perform in Howard Auditorium at 7 p.m. on Jan. 27. Tickets are available for purchase at arts.abac.edu.

Quarantined Quartet is a one-of-a-kind musical ensemble featuring four guitarists and true family collaboration.

The performance at ABAC will be Quarantined Quartet’s first ever performance in Georgia. “We are excited to share our music in a state we have never performed in and connect with a new community,” Jason Hochman said.

Formed on March 21, 2020, at the onset of the pandemic lockdown, the Hochman family—Elysa (Mom), Jason (Dad), and their sons Joseph and Noah—turned time at home into an extraordinary artistic journey. From their Brooklyn residence, they began performing together and sharing daily videos on Instagram, a tradition they’ve maintained for more than 1,700 consecutive days.

The Hochmans are also the founders of the New York Guitar Academy, bringing expertise in Spanish classical, flamenco, and rock guitar to their performances. Their repertoire features original compositions and inventive interpretations of popular works, all reimagined in their distinctive style.
